2 cups flour, plus 1 tablespoon divided

1 glass liquid
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 glass milk
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tsp vanilla herb
1 1/2 cups semi nice chocolate chips
Preheat range to 375 degrees. Ready a 9x13 cake pan by buttering and flouring. Reserve.
In a tiny cup add 1/2 glass milk and 1/2 tablespoon vinegar. Put aside.
In a medium-sized dish combine 2 glasses flour, sugar, sodium, 1 tsp cooking soft drink, and cooking powder, stir with a whisk to combine. Set aside.
In a little saucepan combine butter, cocoa and liquid. Provide a boil, then add to flour combination. Defeat well.
Add 1 tsp of cooking soft drink to milk mixture. Set aside. In a small bowl combine chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of flour. Set-aside.
