1/2 glass milk or water
2 tablespoons reducing
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 8-inch square pan or 9-inch circular pan.
Overcome all components except topping in large bowl on reasonable rate 30 seconds, scraping dish continuously. Beat on method speed 4 mins, scraping dish sporadically. Pour into pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick placed in center comes out clean; cool somewhat.
Make Topping; spread over cake. Set oven control to Broil. Broil about 3 ins from heat about three minutes or until golden brown.
Topping
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/3 glass packed brown sugar
1/4 glass sliced peanuts
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
Stir collectively all ingredients.
Thin air (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375 F. utilize 9-inch square cooking pan. Decrease baking mix to at least one 1/3 cups and include 1/3 cup all-purpose flour. Increase milk to 2/3 glass. Bake about 25 min.
